Collateralization and Loan-to-Value (LTV)

Borrowers can secure loans against their tokenized stocks and bonds with a maximum Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio of up to 50%. This means that for every $100 of tokenized collateral, borrowers can access $50 in fiat. The collateral is securely maintained with issuers Dinari and BackedFi, ensuring the integrity and value of the assets throughout the lending process.

Collateral Maintenance

All tokenized stocks and bonds are held by Credible in their issuers provided custody wallet, providing borrowers with the assurance that their collateral is managed by reputable entities. This arrangement fosters trust and minimizes risks associated with collateral management.
