What are dAssets

dAssets are Credible issued decentralized assets.

dAssets are asset backed fungible and non-fungible tokens minted and issued by Credible issuer pools.

Bonds (NFT)

Bonds are minted with fixed stablecoin plus variable $CRED yields. The minting can be done on our partner platforms or on credible by directly adding liquidity to permissionless lending pools. The bonds are represented as programmable NFTs that are tradable allowing lenders to prematurely exit by selling their positions.

Private Credit (Pool)

Credora-rated borrowers can establish either permissioned or permissionless no-collateral pools on Credible to borrow USDC. Default resolution involves a governance mechanism featuring a debt auction, allowing liquidity providers (LPs) in the pool to participate in recovery efforts.

Private Equity (Pool & Tokens)

Investors can access secondary shares from PreIPO, Series A, or later-stage companies by joining deal-specific pools. Once the target threshold is met, the deal is executed, and shares are assigned to investors in the form of claimable tokens via an SPV structure.
