Oracle Node Delegates
Oracle Delegates ensure Credible's network scalability and security, enabling users to stake CRED tokens for APY rewards, while earning commissions from node operations.
Oracle Delegates play a pivotal role in operating and maintaining Credible’s decentralized Oracle network, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security. They act as the operational backbone of the nodes, directly managing them or partnering with others for technical execution, while enabling ecosystem participants to stake CRED tokens and earn rewards.
Eligibility
To qualify as an Oracle Delegate, participants must hold a minimum of 20M CRED tokens, demonstrating a significant commitment to the ecosystem’s success and sustainability.
Responsibilities
Node Operation
Delegates are responsible for running Oracle nodes that process and store credit histories derived from wallet activities. These nodes are crucial for powering OracleAI’s credit scoring capabilities.
Partnering with Stakeholders:
Delegates collaborate with Node Stakeholders by activating their licenses. This partnership enables stakeholders to earn rewards from the transaction fees generated by the nodes.
Staking Management:
Delegates provide an opportunity for users to stake CRED tokens on their nodes. This enhances node liquidity and decentralization while encouraging community participation.
Earnings and Rewards
Transaction Fees and APY Commissions:
Delegates earn a share of transaction fees generated by their nodes.
Users who stake their CRED tokens on a delegate node receive APY rewards, and a small commission from these rewards is paid to the delegate, incentivizing efficient node operation.
Incentive Alignment
By tying rewards to node performance, delegates are motivated to ensure high uptime, reliability, and optimal performance.
